Section 15. Members and staff of Tribunal to be public servants. The Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 1992

15. The Chairman and other members and officers and servants of the Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
