This Act was repealed on 17 October 2022 by the Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022 (Gujarat Act 1 of 2023), s.19(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. (1) This Act may be called the Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2011. (2) It extends to whole of the State of Gujarat. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
