Section 18. Act to have overriding effect.

This Act was repealed on 17 October 2022 by the Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2022 (Gujarat Act 1 of 2023), s.19(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
18. The provisions of this Act shall have overriding effect notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, in so far as the regularisation of unauthorised development is concerned.
