Section 46. Protection of action taken under this Act. The Gujarat Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control Act, 1947

46. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall he agaist a Controller in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under tins Act.
