Section 29. Inquiry by Mamlatdar.

29. Inquiry by Mamlatdar. On receipt of any application under section 28, the Mamlatdar shall issue notice to the Girasdar concerned and, after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard, shall make an inquiry in the prescribed manner.
