Section 36. Girasdar's right to be deemed to be extinguished.

36. Girasdar's right to be deemed to be extinguished. On the payment by the Government of the last instalment of compensation payable under this Act, in respect of an occupancy holding, all the remaining rights, title and interest of the Girasdar in that holding shall be deemed to have been extinguished.
