Section 41C. Transfer of occupancy certificate.

41C. Transfer of occupancy certificate. After the amount of compensation referred to in clause (a) of section 41B is recovered in full from the tenant, the Settlement Commissioner shall transfer such occupancy certificate to the tenant in such manner and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed.
