43. Rehabilitation grant not liable to seizure or attachment. No amount granted as rehabilitation grant under section 42 shall be liable to seizure or attachment by process of any court or other authority at the instance of a creditor, or for any demand against the grantee, or in satisfaction of a decree or order of any such court or other authority.
