8. Cess, rate, hak tax or service not leviable. It shall not be lawful for a Girasdar to levy or receive from any tenant in respect of any holding of that tenant any cess, rate, hak, tax or service of any description or denomination whatsoever in addition to the rent lawfully recoverable under section 7.
