Section 18. Control. The Saurashtra Prohibition of Leases of Agricultural Lands Act, 1953

18. In all matters connected with this Act, the Government shall have the same authority and control over the Mamlatdars and the Collectors acting under this Act as they have and exercise over them in the general and revenue administration.
