Section 11. Term of office and Conditions of service of the members.

11. (1) The term of office and conditions of service of the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Regional Development Authority shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) The appointment, remuneration, allowances and conditions of services of the officers and employees of the Regional Development Authority shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.
