Section 5. Exemptions from toll.

5. No tolls shall be paid for the passage 12* * * * * * of Police-Officers on duty, or of any person or property in their custody. And it shall further be lawful for 13[the provincial Government], by notification in the 14[Official Gazette], to grant and define other exemptions from payment of the tolls levied under this Act.
