Section 11. Manner of preparation of draft development plan. The Gujarat Town Planning And Urban Development Act, 1976

11. The draft development plan shall be on a scale not lower than eighty metres to a centimetres and shall show in distinguishing prescribed colours the area or sites and the uses to which they are proposed to be put.
