Section 25. Application of certain provisions of Act applicable to urban development authority.

25. The provisions of this Act with regard to the preparation, publication, sanction, variation and revision of a development plan and all other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto and the powers and duties of an area development authority relating to the development or redevelopment of a development area shall, so for as may be, apply to an urban development authority.
