Section 16. Registrar. The Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015.

16. (1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the University in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The powers and functions of the Registrar shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
