Section 6. Duration and renewal of licence granted under section 4.

6. (1) Every licence granted under section 4 shall be valid for such period as may be prescribed. (2) A licence may be renewed on an application made by the warehouseman in that behalf to the prescribed authority in such form and accompanied by such fee as may be prescribed.
