Section 17. Accounts and audit.

17. (1) The Authority shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts, in such manner, as may be prescribed. (2) The Directorate of Local Audit, Haryana or such authority, as specified by the State Government, by an order, shall audit the accounts annually.
