Section 7. Exclusion of jurisdiction of local authorities to impose taxes, etc.,

7. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no local authority shall be competent to impose any tax or fee in any fair area in connecting with a cattle fair during the continuance of the fair.
