Section 9. Levy of fees.

9. 11[(1) Every person selling cattle at a cattle fair shall obtain in respect of such cattle a registration certificate in such manner, on payment of such fee and from such authority, as may be prescribed.] (2) Every person purchasing cattle at a Cattle Fair shall obtain in respect of such cattle a sale certificate in such manner, on payment of such fee and from such authority, as may be prescribed.
