Section 36. Validation.

Notwithstanding notification under sub-section (2) of section 1 of the principal Act having not been issued, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken during the period commencing from the 7th August, 2014, under the provisions of the principal Act to the commencement of this amending Act, shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be, and to have always been done and taken in accordance with law and shall not be called in question before any court of law on this ground.]
