Section 7. Resignation. Haryana Forest Development Act, 1983
Act no. 7 of 1983 1983 In force Haryana (State Act)
7. Resignation. - The Chairman or a member may at any time resign his office by submitting his resignation to the State Government :
Provided that resignation shall not take effect until it is accepted.
