Section 11. Vacancy not to invalidate proceedings. The Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog Act, 2010 (19 of 2010)

11. No act or proceeding of the Aayog shall be deemed to be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of the Aayog.
