Section 28. Directions of Government.

28. (1) In the discharge of its functions under this Act, the Aayog shall be guided by such directions on the question of policy, as may be given to it by the Government. (2) If any dispute arises between the Government and the Aayog as to whether a question is or is not a question of policy, the decision of the Government shall be final.
