Section 3. Establishmnent and incorporation.

3. (1) The Government shall, after coming into force of this Act, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a body to be known as the Haryana Gau-Seva Aayog. (2) The Aayog shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power to purchase, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable and to contract and may by said name sue and be sued.
