Section 16. Authorities of University

16 The following shall be the authorities of the University namely:- (i) the Court; (ii) the Executive Council; (iii) the Academic Council; (iv) the Finance Committee; (v) the Faculties; (vi) the Academic Planning Board; and (vii) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
