Section 1. Short title and extent. The Haryana Industrial Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1974 (32 of 1974)

1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Industrial Estates (Development and Regulation) Act, 1974.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.
