Section 12. Meeting of Board.

12. (1) The Board shall meet at such time and place as it may deem necessary: Provided that regular meeting of the Board shall be held at least once in every three months. (2) Four members of the Board shall form a quorum for the meeting of the Board: Provided that if a meeting of the Board is adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary in the next meeting for the transaction of the same business.
