Section 18. Chancellor.

18. (1) The Governor of the State of Haryana by virtue of his office, shall be the Chancellor of the University. (2) The Chancellor shall be the Head of the University and if present, shall preside over the convocation of the University for conferring degrees. (3) The Chancellor shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties, as may be conferred upon him under this Act, Statutes and Regulations.
