Section 16. Intimation about closure. The Haryana Lifts and Escalators Act, 2008 (27 of 2008)

16. If any building where lift or escalator is installed or any lift or escalator installed in a building gets decommissioned, an intimation about this shall be given by the owner to the Inspector within a period of three months.
