3[12] (1) The Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University. 4[(2) "The Constitution of the Executive Council, the term of office of its members and its powers, and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes: Provided that the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex-officio member of the Executive Council."]
