Section 1. Short title and extent. The Haryana Municipal Citizens Participation Act, 2008 (35 of 2008)
Act no. 35 of 2008 2008 In force Haryana (State Act)
1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Municipal Citizens’ Participation Act, 2008.
(2) It extends to all the municipalities in the State of Haryana.
