Section 5. Parivar Pehchan number.

5. (1) The Parivar Pehchan number issued to a family shall be unique and shall not be re-assigned to any other family. (2) The Parivar Pehchan number shall be a random set of alpha-numeric characters following such pattern, as notified by the Authority and shall bear no relation to the attributes of or information provided by the family under section 3.
