1. (1) This Act may be called the 9[Haryana] Land Preservation 4* * Act, 1900. 5[(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of 1[Haryana.] 6[(3) It shall come into force at once 7[in the principal territories and on the 15th May, 1958 in the transferred territories.]
