6. Every order made under 5[sections 4, 5 or 5-A] shall be published in the 6Official Gazette and shall set forth that the [State3] Government is satisfied, after due inquiry, that regulations, restrictions 7[prohibitions or directions] contained in the order are necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provision of this Act.
