Section 12D. Sanction of Prosecution. Punjab New Capital (Periphery) Control Act, 1952 As applicable to Haryana

12.D. Sanction of Prosecution. – No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the Director or any officer authorised by him in this behalf.
