Section 21. Application of provision of parliament Act 36 of 1963.

21. Unless otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 (Parliament Act 36 of 1963), shall apply to an application under section 6 as if the application were a plaint in a suit for recovery of the loan.
