Section 1. Short Title and Commencement. The Haryana Rural Development Act, 1986 (6 of 1986)

1. (1) This Act may be called the Haryana Rural Development Act, 1986.
(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th September, 1983.
