Section 6. Utilization of assets etc. Shri Krishna Ayush University Kurukshetra Act, 2016 (25 of 2017)

6. The properties, assets and rights transferred to the University by virtue of section 4 shall continue to be utilized for the purposes for which they were being utilized or were intended to be utilized immediately before the commencement of this Act.
