Section 29. Preparation and maintenance of register.

29. (1) The Council shall maintain separate registers in such form and contain such particulars, as may be prescribed. (2) The registers shall be deemed to be public documents within the meaning of section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 (Central Act 1 of 1872).
