Section 35. Submission of reports etc. to Government.

35. (1) The Council shall furnish copies of its minutes, reports, abstracts of its accounts and other information to the Government whenever called for. (2) The Council shall prepare once every year, in such form and at such time, as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a true and full account of its activities during the previous year and copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Government.
