Section 7B. Procedure for prosecution

No court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act except on the complaint of, or upon information received by the Block Development and Panchayat Officer or District Development and Panchayat Officer or District Development and Panchayat Officer or any other authorised by the State Government in this behalf. Such proceedings shall be initiated only after the ejectment order against such person has become final under section 7]
