Section 4. Repeal.

4. Repeal.-The Rules, dated the 20th Bhadon, Sammat, 1998 as mentioned in section 2 are hereby repealed: Provided that this repeal shall not affect any action taken or Tax Mutarfa imposed and realized under the Rules hereby repealed, before the enforcement of this Act.
