4. Head Office of the Corporation.- (1) The Head Office of the Corporation shall be at Shimla or at such other place as the State Government may specify by notification.
(2) The Corporation may establish its Sub-Offices or agencies at such places within or outside Himachal Pradesh as it may think fit.
