Section 31. Power to amend Schedule-I.

31. Power to amend Schedule-I.- The 3[Government of Himachal Pradesh] may, by notification, amend Schedule-I so as to add thereto or omit therefrom any qualification, and thereupon the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
