Section 5. Term of office.

5. Term of office.- (1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, a member, other than an ex-officio member, shall hold office for a period of five years from the date of the first meeting of the Board. (2) An outgoing member shall continue in office until the election or appointment of his successor. (3) An outgoing member shall be eligible for re-election or re-appointment.
