Section 53. Corrupt practices entailing disqualification.

53. Corrupt practices entailing disqualification.- The corrupt practices shall entail disqualification for membership of the Board for a period of five years counting from the date on which the finding of the prescribed authority as to such practice has been given: Provided that the 1[Government of Himachal Pradesh] may, for reasons to be recorded, remove the disqualification or reduce the period thereof.
