Section 9. Disqualifications.

9. Disqualifications.- A person shall be disqualified for being elected or appointed as, and for continuing as, a member,- (a) if he is a minor or an undercharged insolvent; (b) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (c) if his name has been removed from the register or list prepared under this Act and has not been re-entered therein.
