Section 21. Manner of exercising vote.

21. Manner of exercising vote.- (1) Every member of a society shall exercise his vote in person and no member shall be permitted to vote by proxy. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the society which is a member of another society, may appoint such number of its members as may be prescribed, to vote in the affairs of such other society.
