2. Definitions.- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-
(a) "High Court" means the High Court of 4[Himachal Pradesh];
(b) "Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh;
(c) "State Government" means 5[the Government of Himachal Pradesh].
