Section 6. Deposit of security by the proprietor.

This Act was repealed on 1 July 2017 by the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), s.173(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Deposit of security by the proprietor.-The prescribed authority may, in the manner prescribed, require the proprietor of an entertainment to deposit as security for payment of entertainments duty under this Act, an amount not exceeding 1[ten thousand] rupees in a Government treasury, and the same shall be so deposited.
